If you pay in full - You have the option use your HSA/FSA debit card to pay directly on my site OR to pay out-of-pocket and then submit the itemized receipt for reimbursement through your HSA/FSA administrator.
If you choose the 3 month payment plan - You can pay out-of-pocket and then submit an itemized receipt for reimbursement through your HSA/FSA administrator once all three payments have been made.
After making your purchase, be sure to let me know that you need an itemized receipt and I will gladly provide that for you. With a HSA, you’ll just need to hold onto the itemized receipt in case you ever get audited. With a FSA, you’ll likely need to submit the itemized receipt to your plan administrator in order to substantiate the charge.
It’s always best to reach out to your HSA/FSA administrator ahead of time to confirm that they will cover my services, but most will do so under the umbrella of “sleep deprivation treatment”.
