You'll get full access to the self-paced online course as soon as you join The Good Night Club. This is the most comprehensive course on the market - it lays out everything you need to know about sleep between the ages of 4 and 24 months and even provides a step-by-step plan for you to follow. It is set up in a way that allows you to easily utilize just what you need for right now and you'll have lifetime access so that you can always come back to anything that you might need in the future.
Support is the key to success so I host weekly group coaching calls for members of The Good Night Club. You'll automatically get access to four consecutive calls when you join the program. I'll take the time to personally coach you during these calls just like I coach my private clients. I intentionally keep the group size small enough that every attendee gets time to chat with me one-on-one.
You'll even get lifetime access to my members-only support group. This amazing community is a judgement-free space full of kind and encouraging parents who are committed to pursuing great sleep for their families. I'm very active in the group and am always available to offer help and support between calls. This will quickly become your favorite place to ask questions and celebrate sleep victories!
Nervous to try The Good Night Club after trying and failing with other programs? Don't worry, The Good Night Club is different than every other program on the market and it WILL work for you . Here's why.
Sleep is NOT one-size-fits-all. The Good Night Club embraces this fact while most other programs try to ignore it. I teach SIX different approaches to independent sleep inside The Good Night Club and I also provide many different options for night weaning, nap training, and more. And what's even better? Not only do I lay out all your options for you, I'll teach you how to choose the ones that will be the best fit for you, your child, and your family as a whole.
The number one reason that sleep programs fail is because they don't provide the support that parents need to succeed. The Good Night Club is completely different - it provides ALL the support! Not only will you get to chat with me one-on-one during four weekly group coaching calls, you'll be invited to join our private support group where you can always ask questions and receive quick feedback from me and many other wonderful members of our community.
There are bound to be bumps in the road whenever you're caring for a tiny human, so the course includes an entire module on navigating nap transitions, illnesses, sleep regressions, etc and you'll have lifetime access to the entire course and to the private support group! You're welcome to use things again and again as your little one grows and even with any additional children you may have in the future. No membership fees or recurring costs!
It doesn't matter if you're a first time parent or a seasoned one, if you know nothing about sleep or if you just need a little help connecting the dots - this program will meet you wherever you are at to help you and your little one start getting the sleep you need!
I'm a certified sleep consultant and an early childhood educator and I personally designed this program to help you get the sleep you need. It is based on scientific evidence as well as my vast experience to give you the tools you need to get better sleep without ever having to leave your little one to "cry it out".
I can help you get your little one sleeping through the night. In addition to being a certified sleep consultant, I’m a mom with a bachelor's degree in early childhood education and a decade of experience as a professional nanny.
I only use methods that are both kind and firm because I strongly believe in always treating children with love and kindness. Unlike many popular sleep programs that use a universal approach, I understand that sleep is NOT one-size-fits-all. I've helped countless families improve their children's sleep using unique solutions that work for their child and their parenting style.
Now, with this program, I can help you too! Let me come alongside you in your journey so that you can help your little one become a great sleeper and finally get the sleep you've been missing.

“The program provides a holistic approach to sleep and emphasizes that sleep is not one-size-fits-all. Emily has been so supportive throughout our sleep journey, both in the private support group and during the group coaching calls. Our little guy now sleeps 10 to 12 hours overnight and is a great napper. Joining The Good Night Club was the best thing we ever did."

“Before we joined The Good Night Club my wife and I were at a complete loss with our baby's sleep. We were at our wits' end and our backs were completely worn out from holding her to sleep all day and night. But thanks to this program she is now able to fall asleep on her own and sleep through the night. It feels like a great achievement for all of us!"

The self-paced course includes everything you could possibly need to know about sleep between 4 and 24 months. Your time is valuable so it's set up in a way that allows you to easily access only what is currently applicable for your little one. You'll have lifetime access to the course material so that you can return to review the rest of the material any time you want. You'll even be notified when new material is added.
The first module covers everything you need to know to understand your little one's sleep. You'll learn about the stages of sleep, sleep cycles, sleep pressure, your little one's circadian rhythm, and more. You'll get to sit back and embrace the possibilities as you embark on this wonderful journey to better sleep.
The second module will teach you how to set your little one up for sleep success. You'll learn everything you need to know about creating a sleep environment that is not only safe but also promotes great sleep. We'll even dive deep into routines - what they should include, how long they should last, and how they help your little one prepare for sleep.
The third module covers everything you need to know about wake windows, schedules, and nap transitions. You'll have access to sample schedules and you'll even learn how to use schedules to correct short naps, split nights, and early morning wakes.
The fourth module will teach you how to help your little one learn to fall asleep independently at bedtime and start consistently sleeping through the night. It covers many gentle and intermediate methods and will teach you how to choose the best method for you and your child. You'll learn how to implement the method of your choosing, how to handle nighttime feedings, and even how to night wean when your little one is ready. This module also covers how to handle early morning wakes, how to get your little one taking great naps, how to reduce struggles with pacifiers, and modifications you may want to make if you are a parent of twins or multiples.
Even the best sleepers experience bumps in the road, so this module includes everything you need knowing order to help your little one get past those bumps and continue on with great sleep. Some of the topics covered are growth spurts, milestones, sleep regressions, teething, illnesses, separation anxiety, traveling, potty training, and daylight savings time.
Helping your little one learn how to fall asleep independently will be a big change. Your little one will likely cry in protest of the change you are making, but I'll teach you how to let them express their feelings while lovingly supporting them throughout the entire process. The Good Night Club only includes loving, hands-on approaches that will allow you to limit tears as much as possible as you help your little one become a great sleeper. You will be taught many loving approaches and you'll be able to choose the one that you feel is the best fit for you, your child, and your family as a whole.
Yes, absolutely. Many families have succeeded with this program after trying other popular programs without success. Unlike most other programs, The Good Night Club is designed with the understanding that sleep is NOT one-size-fits-all and it includes the support you need to succeed. You will learn how to choose the best approach for your child and how to implement that approach from start to finish. The best part? I'll be here to support you every step of the way!
This is actually the most common misconception when it comes to childhood sleep - a lot of parents believe that their child simply isn't a good sleeper but the truth is that ALL healthy children can become great sleepers! They just need the proper support and some loving guidance to help them get there. The Good Night Club will give you all the tools you need to help your child become a great sleeper.
If you are currently cosleeping but want to help your little one learn to enjoy sleeping in a crib, then The Good Night Club will be perfect for you. This program has helped MANY families move away from cosleeping to help their little ones become confident independent sleepers.
If you have a strong desire to continue cosleeping, then The Good Night Club probably isn't the best fit for you as it helps parents get little ones out of their beds and happily sleeping in their own cribs instead.
Of course!!! While I truly believe that "fed is best" and that every family needs to make the choice that is best for them, I'm a huge supporter of breastfeeding. I breastfed both of my little ones for about 15 months and many members of The Good Night Club have chosen to continue breastfeeding for much longer. I will teach you how to maintain a strong breastfeeding relationship with your little one while helping them become a great sleeper.
Immediately! As soon as you join The Good Night Club, you'll get an email with your login information and you will be able to access all of the course material as soon as you log in. Directions for joining the private support group are located in the first module of the course material.
How long will I have access to The Good Night Club?
Forever! You will have lifetime access to all course material and to the private members-only support group. You can utilize both of these things from the time your little one is 4 months old until their second birthday. You can use the course materials and support group again with any additional children you may have now or in the future.
How do the group coaching calls work?
Group coaching calls are conducted weekly over Zoom and are usually on Saturday mornings (CST). The link to join each call is sent via email the Wednesday before the call.
Once you join the program, you will automatically be signed up for the next four SIX calls that the join link hasn't already been sent out for. If you wish to delay your first call by one or even two weeks, you can email me during your first week in the program and I will adjust your call schedule accordingly. If you can't make it to a call live, you can email your questions in ahead of time - I will address your questions during the call and send you a recording of the call afterwards.
The Good Night Club is designed for little ones between the ages of 4 and 24 months, but you are welcome to join with a newborn as well! Formal sleep training isn't appropriate during the first few months of life, but it's never too early to start developing healthy sleep habits. You're welcome to dive in and start learning as soon as you are ready. You can take advantage of the group coaching calls right away so we can talk through strategies you can use with your newborn OR you can wait and use your group coaching calls whenever you're ready to get started with sleep training. Just shoot me an email during your first week in the program to let me know how you'd like to proceed and I'll be happy to accommodate you.
Yes! I want you to be 100% satisfied with The Good Night Club. If you work through the course material and find for any reason that it is not a good fit for you, you can request a full refund anytime within 14 days of joining the program. All you'll need to do is submit your completed "parent guide and workbook" and let me know you'd like a refund.
